Any authorized sharing is limited to the purpose for which authorization is given. We do not sell client customs records or use them for unrelated marketing.

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, provide requested customs brokerage services, prepare and transmit customs entries, communicate with CBP and applicable Partner Government Agencies, maintain required business records, administer this website, and protect the security of our systems.

Preliminary Inquiries

Information submitted through an initial inquiry is used to review the request and respond to the prospective client. An inquiry does not create a broker-client relationship, authorize customs business, or replace a separate engagement and power of attorney.

Data Security

Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used to protect information. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please use appropriate secure channels when sending sensitive customs documents, and do not submit confidential identity, ownership, or customs records through an initial website form unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.
